How far in advance should I book my transfer?
Submitting an inquiry early is recommended. We review availability and send a custom flat-rate quote with confirmation deposit instructions. Bookings are officially confirmed once availability is verified, the deposit is received, and a voucher is issued.
What happens if my flight to Kilimanjaro or Zanzibar is delayed?
Commercial flight arrivals are monitored whenever flight details are provided during booking. Reasonable flight delays will be accommodated whenever operationally possible to realign chauffeur pickup schedules.
Are the quote prices fixed and final?
Quoted prices remain valid for the period specified in your quotation. Once confirmed via deposit receipt and voucher issuance, your confirmed rate is locked and guaranteed against dynamic surge pricing.
Can I cancel or reschedule my private booking?
Yes. Minor modifications such as pickup time or flight updates are free whenever possible. Major itinerary adjustments incur a USD 50 admin fee plus third-party supplier costs. Cancellations follow our official policy guidelines.
Do you provide child booster or safety seats?
Yes, we prioritize maximum family safety. During the booking step under information or special requests, indicate the number and age of children traveling, and we will equip the vehicle with child safety seats entirely for free.
